Our Services
Painting:
At Insane Renovations, we provide professional interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial properties. With extensive hands-on experience in painting and spray-coating applications, we focus on delivering clean, consistent and long-lasting finishes.
We believe that a quality paint finish begins long before the first coat is applied. Proper surface preparation is essential, which is why we carefully assess, clean and prepare surfaces before painting. This includes repairing imperfections, removing loose or deteriorated coatings, treating affected areas and ensuring the surface is suitable for the selected paint system.
Where appropriate, we use professional airless spray-painting equipment to achieve smooth, even coverage, particularly on larger areas and textured surfaces where traditional rollers may struggle to reach every groove and imperfection.
Our Painting Services
- Interior and exterior wall painting
- Complete residential and commercial property painting
- Roof painting and protective coatings
- Ceiling painting and restoration
- Bathroom and kitchen painting
- Doors, windows, frames and architectural features

Waterproofing:
Advanced Waterproofing Services
At Insane Renovations, waterproofing is more than simply applying a membrane or coating. With over 28 years of waterproofing experience within our family, we understand how different roofing materials, environmental conditions and structural movement affect waterproofing performance.
We specialise in waterproofing tiled roofs, concrete flat roofs, IBR and corrugated roofing, using carefully selected materials and application methods suited to each surface.
Our Advanced Cement-Based Waterproofing System
One of our specialist waterproofing methods combines high-performance polymer latex, cement and a reinforced waterproofing membrane to create a durable, water-resistant protective barrier.
Using our specialised flood-coating technique, we apply the polymer-cement mixture directly to the prepared surface before installing a compatible reinforcing membrane. Further coats are then applied to encapsulate the membrane, ensuring thorough coverage and reinforcement of vulnerable areas.
This system is particularly suited to compatible concrete flat roofs and cement-tiled roofs, using appropriately selected alkaline-resistant materials where required.

- Ridge caps, valleys, flashings and chimney waterproofing

Long-Term Protection
Every roof is assessed individually to determine the most appropriate waterproofing solution. Our approach focuses on correct preparation, compatible materials and professional application techniques.
Where suitable, waterproofing can be finished with a high-quality UV-resistant roof coating, with colour-matching options to complement the existing roof.
Our services are backed by a 10-year waterproofing guarantee and 7-year roof coating guarantee, subject to applicable terms, conditions and maintenance requirements.
